The Flowmeter Monitoring Channel is used together with the PM-11 and GM-42 Exhaust Stack Monitoring channels. It measures the flow rate of the effluent and provides the necessary data to provide an accurate and real-time report of released effluent in units of uCu/ml and Bq/ml.
